QK Recognized for Improvements to A&E Business Management Practices
As part of furthering QK’s commitment to Operational Excellence, QK’s Amber Adams, Vice President of Business and Operations, and Lisa Wallis-Dutra, PE, TE, PTOE, Senior Engineer, attended an AEC Profitability Summit, held by the creators of The Find the Lost Dollars™ (FTLD) Program*, in Miami Beach Florida on March 19, 2018.
The AEC Profitability Summit was developed specifically to help architecture and engineering firm leaders increase profits by focusing on implementing business management best practices.
As part of the Summit, QK received a Client Award for the firm that had the Most Improvement in Business Management Practices among many high performing companies. Additionally, Lisa Wallis-Dutra was presented with the award for Individual Who Found the Most Dollars (that were hiding in general operations) (view official Press Release here). Her winning entry was selected among multiple individual national FTLD program entries.
