Fresno, CA – Ms. Kim Tanksley has joined the QK Planning Team as an Associate Planner located in the Fresno office. She brings extensive knowledge with federal, state and local statues, regulations, and policies relating to environmental and cultural resource compliance. She has over twenty years of experience, including both the public and private sector.

As a true embodiment of being a lifelong learner, Ms. Tanksley first received Associates degrees at both Fresno City in Business Administration, as well as Cabrillo College in Archeology. She then attended Fresno State where she earned her Bachelors in Anthropology, with minors in Geology and Business Administration. She continued her education and began the Masters program in Cultural Resources Management at CSU East Bay. She is a lifetime member of the Society for Archeology, as well as the Monterey Bay Historical Association.

Kim is quickly becoming a valued member of our team.  In addition to providing expertise in cultural resources issues, Kim is experienced in public outreach, and with the particular reporting format and content required for many of our projects with Caltrans,” says Ginger White, Senior Planner.
