Pulte Homes Corporation needed extensive entitlements including a General Plan Amendment, Environmental Impact Report (EIR), land surveys, civil engineering designs and multiple agency approvals to begin construction.
QK worked with Caltrans, Fresno Metropolitan Flood Control District (FMFCD), Fresno Irrigation District (FID), City of Fresno, County of Fresno, State of California, and the Bakman Water District for project approvals. We also submitted permits to the Caltrans, FMFCD, FID, US Department of Fish and Wildlife (USFW), US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and the City of Fresno. As part of our surveying efforts, we provided the preparation of tentative and final subdivision maps; boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS surveys; and construction plans for site preparation, landscaping, and utility services.
