Land Development
With a solid grounding in surveying, permitting, land use planning, environmental planning, community design, and engineering, QK is fully equipped to ensure our homebuilder and corporate land development clients achieve their community development and economic goals. In addition, our public agency experience means we can help our clients navigate the complexities of getting a project permitted.
We also help many of our public agency clients as contract City or District Engineer and/or Surveyor. In these roles, our staff becomes an extension of City/District staff as needed. As a result, these clients gain access not only to their designated Engineer or Surveyor but a support staff of more than 100 licensed and technical support staff.

Client Experience

Completely impressed with not only their friendliness, professionalism, honesty, and thoroughness -- but they make a point of treating others the way that they would want to be treated. Jocelyn really went above and beyond without really needing to for what is for them -- a pretty small project.

The QK team has been instrumental in helping to keep the project both on budget and on schedule given the design-bid-build criteria, which is out of the ordinary for Bureau projects.
