Ms. Kim Tanksley has joined the QK team as an Associate Planner located in the Fresno office. She brings extensive knowledge with federal, state and local statues, regulations, and policies relating to environmental and cultural resource compliance.
At the November 7, 2017 APWA Central California Chapter’s Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet, QK’s very own Tom McCurdy, PWLF was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award for assisting cities in development of municipal engineering projects for over 40 years.
